Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  • To enter, you must be at least 18 years old;
  • The competition closes at 23.59 on 22 December. No entries will be accepted after the closing date and time;
  • To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must: like the official GIVEAWAY posts on @palacetedabaixa and @mychoicerentals instagram pages; follow the @palacetedabaixa and @mychoicerentals instagram pages; and share one of the official GIVEAWAY posts in your story;
  • The winner will be drawn at random using the Sorteador app and will notified via Instagram within a maximum of three working days;
  • If the winner does not respond to the private message within five working days, the Palacete da Baixa will be entitled to select a new winner;
  • Travel to and from the hotel is not included in the prize;
  • The winner will win a one-night stay for two people with breakfast included. Extras (incidentals, room upgrades, etc.) are not included;
  • Breakfast is served between 7 am and midday at a nearby property (Stay Hotel, 300 m);
  • The winner must book and complete their stay before 31 May 2022. Bookings are subject to availability;
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other services;
  • Employees of the Palacete da Baixa and My Choice, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw;
  • The winner’s contact details will be passed on to the Palacete da Baixa for the purpose of confirming their name and booking their stay;
  • Palacete da Baixa reserves the right to cancel, change or update the  conditions of the Giveaway at any given time and without prior notice;
  • The winner agrees to their name (@) being published on the Palacete da Baixa and My Choice’s websites or social media pages, in order to announce the winner, as well as other matters related to the Giveaway.
